Heather has over 33 years of business, contract, program and project management for planning, design, design-build & construction management projects throughout the United States and South America.  Specializing in range design, development and construction of tactical and weapons training facilities for commercial, law enforcement, and military installations across the United States to include Hawaii.  Her projects with the Marine Corps also span to Okinawa and training facilities in Australia.
